A Curated Picnic at the Vineyard

Visitors can enjoy a three-hour outdoor picnic surrounded by vineyards, featuring estate wines, gourmet food and optional vineyard tours in an experience designed for couples, families and small groups

Nature lovers, wine enthusiasts and families looking for a relaxing outdoor experience can now enjoy a leisurely Picnic at the Vineyard at Roxane Matsa’s Estate, where guests are invited to unwind among the vineyards with gourmet food, estate wines and scenic surroundings.

The three-hour experience begins with a ready-to-enjoy picnic basket waiting upon arrival. Each basket includes one sandwich of the guest’s choice, seasonal fresh fruit, nuts, water and a special dessert, while every two adults share a bottle of wine selected from the estate’s collection, including Malagouzia, Syrah, Laoutari or Savatiano varieties.

Guests are provided with a shaded picnic area complete with a comfortable mat, picnic blanket and cushions, creating a relaxed setting for enjoying the estate’s natural landscape.

Visitors can choose from six freshly prepared sandwich options, featuring a variety of ingredients ranging from smoked salmon and cream cheese to caramelized vegetables, artisanal Greek cheeses and premium cured meats. Children’s menus include a ham and cheese toast, packaged juice, fruit and a dessert.

The experience accommodates groups of up to 12 people. Admission costs €45 per adult, while children can participate for €20. A family package for up to four family members is also available for €110.

Those wishing to extend their visit can add a second bottle of wine accompanied by a cheese and charcuterie platter for an additional €10 per adult. Visitors may also combine the picnic with a guided vineyard tour, available for an extra cost.

The estate also offers accessible facilities and restrooms for visitors with limited mobility. Larger groups and special occasions, including birthday celebrations, can be accommodated by prior arrangement, while same-day bookings may also be available upon request.
