Ingredients

Servings 4-5 For the mousse
  • 170 g peanut butter
  • 100 g cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 50 g powdered sugar (or another sweetener)
  • 200 g heavy cream (35%), cold
  • A little crushed biscuit
For the chocolate topping
  • 70 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 100 g heavy cream (35%)
  • A small drizzle of honey (optional)

Directions

  1. Prepare the mousse base:
In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and fully combined.

  2. Whip the cream:
Beat the cold heavy cream until thick and creamy.

  3. Combine:
Gradually fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture using a whisk or spatula. Mix gently until the mousse is completely unified and fluffy.

  4. Assemble:
Place a layer of crushed biscuits in the bottom of serving glasses or bowls. Divide the mousse evenly among them and refrigerate to set.

  5. Make the chocolate topping:
Heat the heavy cream until just steaming, then remove from the heat.
Add the chopped chocolate and, if desired, a little honey. Stir until smooth and glossy.

  6. Finish the dessert:
Pour the chocolate topping over the chilled mousse and refrigerate again until fully set.
Garnish with crushed peanuts and fresh red berries before serving.
