Ingredients

Servings 4-5 For the mousse
  • 170 g peanut butter
  • 100 g cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 50 g powdered sugar (or another sweetener)
  • 200 g heavy cream (35%), cold
  • A little crushed biscuit
For the chocolate topping
  • 70 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 100 g heavy cream (35%)
  • A small drizzle of honey (optional)

Directions

  1. Prepare the mousse base:
    In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and fully combined.

  2. Whip the cream:
    Beat the cold heavy cream until thick and creamy.

  3. Combine:
    Gradually fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture using a whisk or spatula. Mix gently until the mousse is completely unified and fluffy.

  4. Assemble:
    Place a layer of crushed biscuits in the bottom of serving glasses or bowls. Divide the mousse evenly among them and refrigerate to set.

  5. Make the chocolate topping:
    Heat the heavy cream until just steaming, then remove from the heat.
    Add the chopped chocolate and, if desired, a little honey. Stir until smooth and glossy.

  6. Finish the dessert:
    Pour the chocolate topping over the chilled mousse and refrigerate again until fully set.
    Garnish with crushed peanuts and fresh red berries before serving.

Recipe Tips

For an extra light texture, fold in a splash of vanilla extract or a pinch of sea salt to enhance the peanut-butter flavor.
