Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and media mogul Rupert Murdoch have met once again.
The PM was accompanied by his wife, Mareva Grabowski-Mitsotaki. Murdoch, the Australian-American billionaire whose media empire spans Fox Corporation, The Wall Street Journal and Britain’s The Sun, was joined by his wife, Elena Zhukova, along with senior figures from his business operations. Among them were Rebekah Brooks, the influential chief executive of his media group, and Keith Poole, head of the New York Post Group.
Details of the meeting remain scant. Neither the exact date nor the location has been disclosed.
The encounter follows a dinner the two men shared in August 2025 at To Thalassaki, a well known fish taverna on the Cycladic island of Tinos, a Cycladic. That gathering featured a near identical cast: the two couples, Brooks and Poole. At the time, the 94 year old Murdoch, who had recently stepped down from the leadership of his media conglomerate, was cruising the Aegean aboard his yacht, M’BRACE, which had previously anchored off Skiathos.
