A fire broke out on Lycabettus Hill in central Athens on Saturday morning, prompting an immediate response from firefighters and traffic police.

According to the Fire Service, the blaze started shortly before 10 a.m. near Sarantapichou Street. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.

Traffic Restrictions Implemented

Vehicle circulation has been completely suspended on Sarantapichou Street, with the closure beginning at its intersection with Doxapatri Street.
