In the early hours of Monday, Anna Vissi broke her silence with her first social media post since Saturday night’s landmark concert at Athens’ Olympic Stadium (OAKA), sharing a video packed with highlights from an evening that drew tens of thousands of fans.
The clip opens with the singer addressing the crowd: “Tonight, Anna came to your concert.” It then captures moments from the four-hour show, offering glimpses of the stage and the electric atmosphere that swept through the stadium.
In the caption, Vissi reflected on the experience: “I don’t know if I will ever live through a night like this again, but even if I don’t, it was the most powerful thing I have ever felt. You are my strength.”
Performing on a 360-degree stage, Vissi delivered a string of her best-known hits. Among the night’s standout moments was her tribute to the late, beloved popular singer Giorgos Mazonakis, as she performed “Kathe Vradi tou Savvatou” (“Every Saturday Night”), accompanied only by piano.
