The immersive exhibition Frida Kahlo: Beyond the Icon – The Immersive Experience has been extended through Sunday, July 12, 2026, following strong public demand. The exhibition is presented at the Hellenic Cosmos Cultural Center in Athens.
The extension also comes with an updated schedule that will remain in effect until the exhibition closes. The venue is open Wednesday through Sunday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., while remaining closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Public guided tours take place every Wednesday and Thursday at 6:30 p.m. Morning visits for groups are available by prior arrangement until 12:30 p.m.
Presented by VideoTheatre after the success of Dali Cybernetics – The Immersive Experience, the exhibition invites visitors to discover the world of Frida Kahlo through immersive digital technology and multidimensional storytelling.
Rather than simply recounting Kahlo’s biography, the experience brings to life defining moments from her life, artistic career, and revolutionary ideas in an interactive and emotionally engaging format. Designed for visitors of all ages, the exhibition explores themes of inspiration, resilience, and creativity through state-of-the-art visual technology.
