The President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola is conducting an official visit to Athens today and has plans to meet with the Prime Minister, President, and to make a speech at the Greek Parliament.

Her first meeting, with the Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is scheduled for 10:00 and will be followed by statements to the press.

She will then proceed to visit the President of the Hellenic Republic Katerina Sakellaropoulou at 11:00, and half an hour later, meet the President of the Hellenic Parliament Konstantinos Tassoulas.

The President of the European Parliament will deliver a keynote speech on “The EU ahead of the European elections” at the Hellenic Parliament at noontime and will conclude her public schedule through a discussion with youth at 15:00
