Greek police on Monday, March 16, 2026, arrested a Greek national for possession and trafficking of a large quantity of drugs in the regional unit of Thesprotia in the Epirus region.

In detail, officers of the Narcotics Division of the Sub-directorate for Prosecution and Detection of Crimes detected 55 packages of unprocessed cannabis in a private vehicle in the area of Sagiada, Thesprotia, after a targeted police check.
