On Wednesday, November 5, Greece will experience unstable weather conditions with local rain and thunderstorms affecting much of the country, except for the eastern Aegean islands. The most intense and long-lasting rainfall is expected over the Sporades, southeastern Magnesia, northern and central Evia, and possibly western Crete.

Temperatures will drop noticeably in eastern areas, ranging from 3°C to 15°C in western Macedonia, 4°C to 18°C in the rest of Macedonia and Thrace, and 6°C to 17°C in Thessaly. In Epirus, highs will reach 22°C, while central and southern mainland regions will see 21–22°C. The Ionian Islands will range between 13°C and 20°C, while the Aegean Islands and Crete will remain milder, with highs up to 24–25°C.

Winds will blow mainly from the northeast, reaching 5–6 Beaufort and locally up to 7 Beaufort in the Aegean, creating choppy sea conditions.

In Athens, cloudy skies with local rain are expected throughout the day. Northerly to northeasterly winds will reach 4–5 Beaufort, and up to 6 Beaufort in the eastern parts of Attica. Temperatures in the city center will range from 16°C to 19–20°C.

In Thessaloniki, cloudy weather with occasional showers is expected. Winds will be light from northern directions, around 2–3 Beaufort. Temperatures will vary between 11°C and 14–15°C.
