The aftermath of a major wildfire that struck Porto Germeno in Western Attica has left the area devastated, with residents facing widespread destruction and severe damage to properties.

The fire, which broke out on Saturday, August 1, created a suffocating atmosphere in the area, destroying homes and causing significant losses to private property.
The day after the disaster, residents returned to a landscape marked by ash and devastation as they attempted to assess the scale of the damage left behind by the flames.
