Greek tennis star Stefanos Tsitsipas might have failed to reach the 2023 Paris Masters final, losing on Saturday in the semi-final to in-form Dimitrov, but the 25-year-old managed to retain a spot in the ATP’s top 10 ranking after a good run in 2023.

Tsitsipas held on to the 6th spot, edged out of the top 5 by Russia’s Andrey Rublev who occupies the 5th place, while Italy’s Jannik Sinner ranked 4th with Daniil Medvedev coming in 3rd.

Unsurprisingly, evergreen Djokovic, 36, has a tight grip on the first spot, followed by Spanish prodigy Carlos Alcaraz who sits in second place.

The Greek recorded over 50 victories in 2023, making him one of only two players (male or female) to have reached over half a century wins in the last three years.

Tsitsipas now turns his focus to the ATP Finals, the last event of 2023 which will be held in Turin, Italy.
