A shooting at a school in Turkey occurred on Tuesday morning, plunging the Siverek district of Şanlıurfa province into chaos and panic.
An armed individual broke into the “Ahmet Koyuncu” Vocational High School and opened fire indiscriminately, with initial reports speaking of at least 16 injured. that include students and teachers.

The assailant, a former student aged 19, initially took some students hostage, before eventually using his rifle to kill himself.
12 of those wounded are currently in the hospital.
