Ingredients

Serves 2-4
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Dark chocolate shavings or cocoa powder, for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler (bain-marie) or in the microwave, stirring at intervals until completely smooth and glossy.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.

  3. Gently fold the melted chocolate into the yogurt mixture using a spatula, mixing until smooth and evenly incorporated.

  4. Divide the mousse into serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, until set.

  5. If desired, garnish with dark chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder just before serving.

For a richer flavor, use high-quality dark chocolate with at least 60-70% cocoa content.
