Newly appointed US ambassador to Greece Kimberly Guilfoyle will present her credentials on Tuesday to Greece’s President of the Republic, Konstantinos Tasoulas, on Tuesday afternoon, following very high-profile arrival in Athens on Saturday and two consecutive days of appearing at galas in the Greek capital.
The prominent one-time Trump adviser and 2020 campaign executive, media personality and California prosecutor will join another two female diplomats presenting credentials to represent their respective countries in Greece, namely, Harriet E. Berg representing the Kingdom of Norway and Sonya Thissen representing Canada.
Guilfoyle will reportedly make her first public statement as the new US ambassador after the presentation ceremony.
On Wednesday, she will first be received by Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, followed by Minister of Foreign Affairs George Gerapetritis.
