Internationally acclaimed blues guitarist and singer Eric Gales will headline the Sweet Summer Sun Festival when it returns to Technopolis City of Athens on Saturday, July 18, 2026.
The festival will bring together international and Greek blues artists for a night dedicated to the genre in one of Athens’ best-known cultural venues.
Joining Gales on the lineup are three prominent acts from Greece’s blues scene: Tassos Skouras & Nukeleus, the Babis Tyropoulos Quartet, and the Sakis Dovolis Trio.
The Sweet Summer Sun Festival celebrates the energy and spirit of the blues by showcasing both internationally recognized performers and leading local musicians in a single event in the heart of the Greek capital.
