Authorities are examining evidence indicating that the vehicle may have been traveling at more than 150 kilometers per hour before hitting the wall.

The force of the impact was so great that passengers were thrown from the vehicle. The car’s engine was also torn away from the body and came to rest about 30 meters from the crash site.
Investigators are examining the vehicle itself as part of their inquiry. The car was reportedly lowered and modified, with information suggesting it may have been configured for participation in informal street races.
Authorities are investigating whether the modifications, together with the speed and the circumstances in which the vehicle was being driven, contributed to the crash.

According to information being examined, the young people may have been racing another car while simultaneously livestreaming their drive on TikTok.
Authorities are reviewing available digital material to establish what happened during the critical minutes before the crash, determine the vehicle’s speed and establish whether an informal street race was actually taking place.
