Limp Bizkit For The First Time In Athens at Release 2026

The nu-metal pioneers will headline a high-energy festival bill alongside Swedish post-punk favorites Viagra Boys and genre-blending artist Ecca Vandal

Limp Bizkit will perform in Athens for the first time as part of Release Athens Festival 2026, bringing one of the most influential acts of the late 1990s and early 2000s to the Greek capital on June 15.

The American nu-metal band, led by frontman Fred Durst, will headline a lineup that also features Swedish post-punk outfit Viagra Boys and Australian singer-songwriter Ecca Vandal. The event will take place at Water Plaza in Kallithea, with gates opening at 6 p.m.

Known for combining heavy guitar riffs, hip-hop rhythms, and explosive live performances, Limp Bizkit remains one of the defining bands of the nu-metal era. Their Athens debut is expected to deliver a set packed with the songs that helped shape a generation of rock fans and established the group as a global phenomenon.

Joining them are Viagra Boys, whose sharp-edged satire and energetic post-punk sound have earned them an international following. Ecca Vandal will open the bill, bringing her distinctive blend of punk, hip-hop, and alternative rock influences to the festival stage.

Release Athens Festival is also offering multi-day ticket options, allowing fans to combine admission for the Limp Bizkit show with other festival dates at discounted prices. Packages include the option to pair the event with the Three Days Grace concert, while a three-day ticket can also include Pantera’s performance on July 9.

Tickets are available in a range of categories, with prices starting at €80 and reaching €300. The venue is wheelchair accessible.
