The Ministry of Rural Development and Food has announced the launch of an online consultation platform for the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) 2028-2034, accessible at:

The platform is hosted on the ESPA DIAVLOS node and serves as a core consultation tool within the framework of the National Dialogue on the new CAP 2028-2034.
It operates with the participation of members of the Partnership body, which was established and constituted by decision of the Minister of Rural Development and Food.
Through the platform, Partnership members can submit their proposals and actively contribute to shaping Greece’s national positions for the upcoming programming period. The platform also includes the relevant institutional framework, the texts open for consultation, and supporting material from Partnership meetings and National Dialogue sessions.
The activation of the platform is part of the Ministry’s broader strategy to strengthen stakeholder participation, draw on their knowledge and expertise, and develop well-founded policy positions for the new CAP. It is expected to contribute to the successful preparation of the country’s National and Regional Partnership Agreement (ESPA).
Negotiations over the new CAP represent a historic milestone for the country, as the national dialogue with agricultural sector stakeholders can lay the groundwork for a sustainable and competitive production model for Greek agriculture.
Recognizing the importance of broad participation and institutional cooperation, the Ministry of Rural Development and Food is calling on all Partnership members to post their positions on the consultation texts to the online platform, contributing their proposals and experience to the shaping of Greece’s national stance on the new CAP.
