The event, titled “America Sings – Freedom 250: Celebrating 250 Years of American Independence in the Birthplace of Democracy”, is part of the U.S. Embassy’s Freedom 250 program commemorating the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
The concert will feature performances by country music group Restless Road and singer-songwriter Julia Cole.
According to organizers, the event aims to highlight music as a bridge between cultures and celebrate the enduring friendship between the people of the United States and Greece.
The concert is presented through the U.S. Department of State Arts Envoy Program, which supports international cultural exchange through performances by American artists.
The event is also part of the ongoing cooperation between the U.S. Embassy and the Municipality of Piraeus, centered on American Space Piraeus, which offers cultural and educational programs.
