The new week will begin with widespread cloudy skies, which will be dense at times, and morning and evening fog, leading to reduced visibility during those hours. There is a chance of light, drizzle-like rain in the Ionian and western mainland, especially in western Central Greece, the Peloponnese, and Crete. From midday onwards, the clouds will start to clear in the northwest. By evening, the weather will improve in western, central, and northern regions, though the southeast will remain cloudier.

Looking ahead

Tuesday will see persistent cloudy conditions across most of the country, including the islands. Light drizzle may occur in western regions, the eastern Aegean, and the Cyclades. Temps will be similar to Monday, with daytime highs of 15–18°C. Southerly winds, reaching up to 5 Beaufort in the seas.

On Wednesday, rain and occasional thunderstorms will develop in the northwest, while the rest of the country will experience cloudy periods. Light rain is expected in the eastern Aegean islands and other coastal areas. A slight rise in temperatures, up to 19°C in the mainland and 20°C in the Southern Aegean. Southerly winds, strengthening to 5–6 Beaufort in some areas.
