Unsettled weather will affect parts of Greece on Friday, with rain and thunderstorms mainly focused on western, southern, and island regions, while the rest of the country experiences periods of cloud cover. Winds will be moderate to locally strong, and temperatures will rise slightly compared to previous days.

Rain and thunderstorms are expected across the eastern island regions, with rain also affecting Crete and western mainland areas. From the afternoon onward, thunderstorms will develop in the southern Ionian Sea, southern Peloponnese, Crete, and the Cyclades. Elsewhere, conditions will be generally cloudy with only isolated weather activity. Visibility will be locally reduced over inland areas during the early morning and late evening hours, which may affect road travel.

Temperatures will remain cool in northern Greece but milder farther south. In Western Macedonia, temperatures will range from -3°C to 7°C, while the rest of Macedonia will see 1°C to 12°C and Thrace 0°C to 8°C. In Epirus and Thessaly, temperatures will range from 4°C to 14°C. Central Greece will see 6°C to 16°C, and the Peloponnese from 3°C to 16°C. The Ionian Islands will range from 8°C to 14°C. In the North Aegean, temperatures will range from 8°C to 12°C, while other Aegean islands will see 12°C to 15–17°C. Crete will experience milder conditions, with temperatures between 13°C and 18°C.

Winds in western Greece will blow from southerly directions at 3 to 5 Beaufort. In eastern regions, winds will be westerly, gradually shifting to southwesterly at 3 to 4 Beaufort. Over the southern seas, winds may locally reach up to 6 Beaufort.

In Attica, increased cloud cover is expected with local rain during the morning hours. Winds will be northwesterly at first, gradually turning southeasterly at 2 to 4 Beaufort. Temperatures in the Athens area will range from 6°C to 14°C.

In Thessaloniki, skies will be mostly cloudy throughout the day. Northwesterly winds will blow at 2 to 3 Beaufort, with temperatures ranging from 1°C to 11°C.
