Greece‘s Ministry of Tourism will unveil the new VisitGreece.gr, the country’s revamped official tourism portal, during a press conference on Monday, June 29, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. The event will take place at the Onassis Foundation Auditorium of the National Gallery in Athens.

Tourism Minister Olga Kefalogianni will present the platform, highlighting its new capabilities and its role in strengthening Greece’s international profile as a modern, competitive tourism destination.

The redesigned portal is part of a broader initiative to upgrade the digital services of the Greek National Tourism Organisation (GNTO), leveraging cutting-edge technologies to provide a more comprehensive and user-friendly experience for travelers seeking information about Greece.

Featuring refreshed content, a contemporary design, enhanced navigation and new digital tools, the platform is designed to showcase Greece’s diverse destinations, thematic tourism offerings and year-round travel experiences more effectively.

The project is funded through the Recovery and Resilience Facility under the national “Greece 2.0” initiative, co-financed by the European Union through NextGenerationEU.
