The Israeli Air Force has released audio capturing a conversation between an Israeli and an American pilot just before a joint operation targeting Iran. The recording, made public via the social media platform X, underscores close cooperation between the two nations’ air forces.

In the exchange, the Israeli pilot speaks in English: “It is a great honor for us to fight with you. You are doing a great job.” The American pilot responds: “Thank you very much, likewise gentlemen. Please be safe out there. Strike hard. See you.”

According to the Israeli Air Force, the operation—codenamed “Roar of the Lion”—involves both Israeli and US aircraft operating with full freedom in Iranian airspace. The mission aims to further weaken the Iranian regime through coordinated aerial strikes.
