Clouds will thicken across Greece on Tuesday, bringing rain to the west and Crete, along with isolated thunderstorms over the Ionian. Temperatures remain mild nationwide, while visibility may drop during early morning and nighttime hours.

On Tuesday, December 2, Greece will see gradually increasing cloud cover, with the first local showers developing in western regions and Crete. The Ionian Sea may experience isolated thunderstorms. Travelers should be aware that visibility will be locally reduced in the early morning and late evening due to fog.

Temperatures will stay relatively mild for early December. Western Macedonia will range from -1°C to 9°C. The rest of Macedonia and Thrace will reach 3–13°C; Epirus and Thessaly, 4–14°C; Central Greece and the Peloponnese, 3–17°C. The Ionian Islands will see 11–17°C, the Aegean 7–18°C (slightly cooler in the north), and Crete 8–19°C.

Winds will generally be light and variable across most of the country. However, in the west, southeast winds will strengthen to 3–5 Beaufort.

Athens:
Attica will experience increased cloudiness throughout the day. Winds will be light and variable. Temperatures will range from 7°C to 17°C, a few degrees cooler in eastern areas.

Thessaloniki:
Thessaloniki will also see heavier cloud cover. Winds will begin northwesterly and shift to light, variable breezes later in the day. Temperatures will range between 6°C and 14°C.
