A 17-year-old teen girl was listed in critical condition on Friday evening after being attacked by at least four stray dogs in the southern city of Argos, in the northeast Peloponnese.
She sustained serious bite injuries to the head and chest.
The incident occurred as the teen was headed to her school in the morning.
At least one of the four stray dogs was tracked down by municipal employees and captured, with efforts underway to find the rest of the pack.
At least one other person, an adult man, was also attacked on Friday by the same animals, sustaining bite injuries to the legs, according to local media reports.
