The Athens Cocktail Festival will return on June 5th and 6th 2026 for its fifth edition, introducing a new location and an expanded format that aims to bring the cocktail experience into the heart of the city.
For the first time, the festival will take place at the outdoor grounds of Zappeion, moving to a more central venue. The relocation from the Kypseli Municipal Market is viewed by organizers as a key step in positioning the festival closer to the rhythm of urban life while maintaining its established premium identity.

This year’s edition also introduces a new experiential concept designed to extend the festival beyond its two-day program. Following the main event, organizers will launch Athens Cocktail Week, a citywide initiative that shifts the focus from the festival grounds to participating bars across Athens.
Visitors who purchase a festival ticket will receive a voucher granting access to a 1+1 cocktail offer at participating venues from June 7th to June 11th 2026. Under the promotion, customers who buy one cocktail will receive a second one free.
Organizers say the initiative is intended to connect the festival experience with the city’s everyday social life and encourage attendees to continue exploring Athens’ cocktail scene after the main event concludes.
