Greek police have arrested seven people following a violent altercation involving minors that left two teenagers injured in the Athens suburb of Kallithea.
The incident occurred on Monday evening at the intersection of two local streets, where a group of young people became involved in a confrontation that escalated into violence.
According to statements given by the victims, two Greek teenagers, born in 2008 and 2009, were attacked by a group of around ten individuals.
Two Teenagers Taken to Hospital
The injured youths were transported to hospital, where they received medical treatment for facial injuries. Their condition was not reported as life-threatening.
Following the incident, police launched an investigation and identified several suspected participants.
Authorities arrested seven individuals after they were reportedly identified by the victims as being involved in the assault.
