Μake us preferred on Google Photographers Maxim Rosenbauer and Tobias Ulbrich will present their joint exhibition, En Route / Street Level, at Blank Wall Gallery in Athens’ Kypseli neighborhood from November 6 to 11, 2026. Bringing together two distinct photographic perspectives, the exhibition explores everyday life, street culture and the unexpected moments that connect people across countries and cultures.
Drawing inspiration from skateboarding and street subcultures, the two photographers document the people, places and spontaneous encounters that shape life in public spaces. Their photographs capture fleeting moments, subtle gestures and ordinary scenes, revealing the beauty and unpredictability of everyday experiences.

Ulbrich presents En Route, an ongoing analog photography series documenting people in public spaces across more than 35 countries. His work focuses on small gestures and shared experiences, highlighting the connections between people from different backgrounds.
Rosenbauer, meanwhile, captures spontaneous street scenes, moments from skateboarding culture and unexpected encounters during his travels around the world. His photographs offer an alternative perspective on familiar urban environments and the everyday moments that often go unnoticed.

Featuring photographs taken in more than 20 countries, the exhibition takes visitors through markets, narrow streets and everyday encounters in different cultural settings. Together, the two collections explore the richness of ordinary life through candid observations and personal perspectives.
Although their photographic approaches differ, Rosenbauer and Ulbrich share a fascination with street life and the stories hidden within everyday scenes. En Route / Street Level invites visitors to discover these moments and consider how familiar and unfamiliar places, people and encounters contribute to a shared human experience.
The photographers are also curating the exhibition together.
The opening will take place on Friday, November 6, at 8 p.m. at Blank Wall Gallery, located at 55 Fokionos Negri Street in Kypseli. Admission is free.
